GermanWallGoethe
The picture shows the people on the Berlin wall, between West and East Berlin in the year 1989. The picture has been inverted to show the reflexion in time since than and that more than 25 years has past since then. The text layer that has been added, is ispired by the german writer and philosopher Johann Wolfgang von Goethe and means: Nobody is unhopefully more enslaved then the one misleadingly belives that he is free. This images plays with the globalisation inner one nation regarded as global player in the world. Even they speak the same language, they has been different and separated by history and politics, behavior and rules, mentality, hopes and desires. Ramona Romanu
